BOBBY SHERMAN - Founder and Chairman

Bobby Sherman is one of the most successful and diversified figures in the entertainment industry. The first performer to star in three television series before the age of 30, he has gone on to earn a fine reputation not only as an actor and singer, but as a producer, director and composer as well.

His career success allows him to devote much of his time and energy to charitable and community activities. He is a certified EMT/D (LA co. #15040), a technical reserve officer with the Los Angeles Police Department (APD #R2219), and a reserve Deputy Sheriff with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department (SB #40201. He has been named LAPD's Reserve Officer of the Year (1999), received the FBI's Exceptional Service Award and is Vice Commander of the Court Services Reserve Unit for the San Bernardino County Sheriff. For more than a decade he has served as a medical training officer at the Los Angeles Police Academy, instructing literally thousands of police officers in first aid and C.P.R. Through the Bobby Sherman Volunteer EMT Foundation, he coordinates medical services at many community events.

Bobby is the father of two sons, Christopher and Tyler.


Brigitte Poublon came to the United States in the 1960's as a political refugee from Jakarta, Indonesia. She and her family settled in Los Angeles, where she attended Leuzinger High School. Upon graduating, she obtained her real estate license and worked as a real estate developer with Norton Development Inc. and Homestead Group. She continued her real estate career while attending El Camino College and UCLA, majoring in law and business.

Brigitte is now retired from real estate, and has since devoted herself to philanthropy. She has worked with many charitable organizations, including: Make a Wish Foundation, Starlight Foundation, United Airlines Foundation, Big Sisters of America, Junior Blind Foundation, Special Olympics, Los Angeles Police Reserve Foundation, Olive Crest Abused Children's Foundation, and Children Uniting Nations.

Brigitte joined the Board of Directors of the Bobby Sherman EMT Foundation and while serving as President of the Foundation, she has become certified as an Emergency Medical Technician and volunteers her time as an EMT.


Ward Sylvester has been an entertainment industry producer, manager, promoter, executive and consultant for over 30 years. His television productions include "The Monkees", "The Day The Earth Moved", "People Magazine On TV" and Crimewatch Tonight." He has served as President of Pacific Arts Inc., and Personality Productions, Vice President of Columbia Pictures TV and MGM Inc. and as a consultant for Group W, MCA and Merv Griffin. Mr. Sylvester graduated from Princeton University and The Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Born in Hollywood, California in 1964, Mike was raised in and still resides in Burbank, California. He attended John Burroughs High School and was employed by NBC Studios. He has been there since 1983, holding positions such as Receiving Clerk, Shipping Coordinator, News Videotape Editor for KNBC-TV, present position; House Electrician for Broadcast and Network Operations West Coast. He was a member of the California Army National Guard from 1986 thru 1990 and attended the U.S. Army Engineering School in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, graduating 3rd in his class. He served 4 years and achieved the rank of E-4 promotable.

Mike is currently married to his long time wife Christina, and has 2 children, Justin and Juliana. In his spare time he is a Specialist Reserve Police Officer with the Los Angeles Police Department as a First Aid and CPR instructor. He also sits on the Steering Committee for the Burbank Fire Department's Community Disaster Volunteer Program and is an Emergency Medical Technician, and has been a Field Supervisor for the Bobby Sherman Volunteer Foundation since it’s inception.
